The PGR Scintillation Radiameter is designed for high sensitive and  accurate radiation measurements in wide range of gamma energies with a basic possibility of spectral analysis

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The PGR scintillation portable radiameter allows sensitive and reliable measurement of total gamma ray activity in field .

The 2" x 2" NaItI scintillation unit provides the high accuracy and detection efficiency of the measurement.

The PGR is destinated especially for geology , mining , environmental monitoring , industrial and health purposes .

The microprocessor controlling unit makes easy interactive operating possible .

Three measuring parameters can be continuosly set : the energy threshold , integration time and alarm threshold

The measured value can be shown in cps , nGy/h , pA/kg , µR/h .

The preset alarm threshold overflow is indicated on display and by acoustic signal .

The measured value can be put into the digital memory by pressing the button and data can be transferred to the user’s PC by standard RS232C channel .

The PGR meter is designed for measurement in difficult conditions / high umidity , rain .

The display backlight allows the measuring in mines or in twilight .

The built-in NiCd techargeable cells provide a long and cheap operation time of PGR in field .
